Who We Are

Two people who've made LA home, now ready to put down deeper roots.

We're both 36, married last year at the Valentine in DTLA, and have called this city home for over a decade. Joe has spent seven years growing his startup; Carrie works at a venture capital firm. Outside of work, we're outdoors as much as we can be — hiking, playing pickleball, and currently training for a half marathon together.

The Third Roommate

Meet Simone.

A 10-year-old half Maine Coon, half tabby, rescued and thoroughly spoiled ever since. She loves turkey in gravy (no fish, please) and spends her days perched in windows, watching the birds go by. Quiet, well-behaved, and very good at minding her own business.

Building Roots

We're not just looking for a place to live — we're looking for a place to belong.
