Married, rooted in Los Angeles, and starting to imagine a family. We're looking for a place we can grow into — and take good care of along the way.
We're both 36, married last year at the Valentine in DTLA, and have called this city home for over a decade. Joe has spent seven years growing his startup; Carrie works at a venture capital firm. Outside of work, we're outdoors as much as we can be — hiking, playing pickleball, and currently training for a half marathon together.
Two steady incomes, two people who take their work seriously — a little more about what fills our weekdays.
Focused, hands-on, and in it for the long haul — the same way he shows up for a home.

View LinkedInThese are the small, everyday things that make a house feel like ours. We take care of our space, and we'd take the same care with yours.
Painting, small projects, hands-on creativity — we like a home with room to make a mess and clean it up.
Pickleball courts, hiking trails, and half marathon training miles — we're rarely inside on a nice day.
We like saying hello, lending a hand, and actually being part of the block we live on.
Our door is open — dinners, gatherings, and people who love coming back.
Eleven years in, we still love Los Angeles — its neighborhoods, its people, its light.
A 10-year-old half Maine Coon, half tabby, rescued and thoroughly spoiled ever since. She loves turkey in gravy (no fish, please) and spends her days perched in windows, watching the birds go by. Quiet, well-behaved, and very good at minding her own business.
"We've loved our time in Silver Lake, but we're ready for a bit more space as we keep building our life together — a place to cook big meals, host the people we love, and one day, start a family."
Reliable, tidy, community-minded, and looking for somewhere to grow into the next chapter of our life together.
